Currently I am looking for Telco Delivery Manager for one of our NYSE Listed clients. Details for the role are as follows:

Max Budget: SGD 19,000 per month

Employment: Permanent

Profile Requirement:

• 18-25 years’ experience in managing large scale Telco network and/or infrastructure operations programs
• Have driven digital transformation programs to drive operations efficiencies
• Preferably have Telco experience and experience in outsourcing service providers

Role Description:

• Be the single point of contact to the customer for the large operations programs (100M+ program) comprising many operational towers
• Be able to develop, own and present the business cases for digital transformation and seek necessary funding
• Be able to drive the client teams to do change management to help push the process, people and tools transformations
• Work with the operations managers of different towers to drive the business operations in terms of SLAs
• Work with teams spread across many countries, totaling about ~500 FTEs
• Work with delivery leaders across countries to enlist support of recruitment/onboarding/delivery/enabling support functions
• Support delivery leaders across countries in managing team performance
• Manage CXO/MD/VP level stakeholders and handle escalations
• Look at growing business potential by farming opportunities in both operations and the necessary IT programs that will help drive the operations
